Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") of KashIO INC., and its affiliates KASHIO PERU S.A.C. and associated companies ("Company" or "we"). These Terms do not alter the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with the Company for products and/or services.
The Company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in these Terms or any policy or guideline of the Services, at any time and at its sole discretion. Notice will be provided by posting the revised terms to the Services and changing the "last revised" date at the top of the Terms or by other means of notification that the Company may determine at its sole discretion. Using one particular form of notification in some cases does not obligate us to use the same form in other cases. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions to the Services, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of these Services confirms your acceptance of such changes or modifications, so you should frequently review the applicable terms and policies to understand the conditions that apply to your use of the Services. The most up-to-date version of the Terms can be accessed by clicking the "Terms of Service" hyperlink located at the bottom of our web pages. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must stop using the Services.

The Services provide users with the ability to use their Virtual Account to receive Payments and Transfers through the Services. The Company uses third-party services to provide payment services (e.g., card processing, merchant settlement, and related services). By using any or all of these payment services within the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these services and thereby consent and authorize us to delegate authorizations and share the information you provide to the Services with our Third-Party Service Providers to the extent necessary to provide you with Payment Services.

You acknowledge and agree that any dispute you may have regarding Payments and the receipt of Transfers will be resolved exclusively between you and the users of your application, and that the Company is not responsible for any Payment or Transfer transactions, including but not limited to any personal or payment information you provide.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for tax declarations, tax receipts, withholding reports, or liability associated with Contributions you make or Transfers you receive.
Fees
The Company charges a Service Fee consisting of a percentage of each Payment received (the "Fee"). The Fee varies based on the payment method (“Payment Method”) used by the user and will be published in the "Fees" section, including platform usage fees, transfer fees, financial fees, and secure card processing fees. The Company reserves the right to modify the Platform Fee at any time without prior notice, provided that such change will only apply to new Payment transactions after the implementation of such change.
Chargebacks
The Client is responsible for documenting and responding to chargeback and/or cyber fraud requests that may arise. The Company will facilitate the process before banking institutions but assumes no responsibility for chargebacks and will not cover costs associated with them.
The Parties must review chargeback details and, if possible, submit evidence to the issuing bank of the debit or credit card to proceed with clarification in accordance with the timelines and terms established by applicable regulations. The issuing bank is responsible for determining the resolution of the chargeback.
If there are disputed transactions by end customers and refunds are deemed appropriate, the Client hereby authorizes the Company to deduct from any balance it has in its favor the transaction amount plus the fees generated by this circumstance, hereinafter referred to as the "Chargeback Deduction." If the platform is misused to commit fraud, the relevant legal provisions will be applied to the fullest extent of the law.
